Shou Ping graduated from East College in Taiwan, where she studied Art and Commerce. She worked as an art teacher, a cartoonist, and as a commercial artist. She was also employed by the Taiwan National Defense Department for over 15 years as a commercial artist/designer, and received numerous awards for her work. In 1993, she came to the U.S.A., and she and her husband, John, and family now live in San Antonio, Texas.
